1. Who we are
EsonTCG sells sealed trading card game products and accessories — across Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and other TCGs — to customers in the Philippines, both as in-stock items and as allocation-based pre-orders.
2. Accounts
You sign in with your Google account. We don't store a separate password. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — actions taken from a signed-in session are treated as yours.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱). We make reasonable efforts to keep listings and prices accurate, but we may cancel and refund an order placed at a mispriced or out-of-stock listing. Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is only confirmed once payment has been verified.
4. Pre-orders and allocation
Pre-order quantities are requests, not guarantees, and are subject to allocation once a campaign closes. See How Pre-orders Work and our Allocation Policy for the full mechanics.
5. Payment verification
Payments are verified manually against the receipt you upload. We may reject a receipt that is illegible, altered, duplicated, or doesn't match the amount due, and may request additional proof of payment before confirming an order.
6. Fraud and misuse
We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, and refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, or violation of these terms.
7. Product condition
We sell sealed, factory-condition products. We are not responsible for manufacturing variance inherent to sealed trading card products (e.g. pull rates, print quality) beyond what the manufacturer itself warrants.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our policies evolve. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
