How Pre-orders Work
Pre-orders let you reserve stock ahead of a release, but the quantity you order is a request — not a guarantee — until it's allocated. Here's how the process actually works.
1. Placing your pre-order
Each pre-order campaign has its own open and close dates, shown on the product page. Ordering during that window reserves your requested quantity, subject to allocation once the campaign closes (see our Allocation Policy).
2. How much you pay upfront
What you're asked to pay at checkout depends on how that specific campaign is set up:
- Full payment — the full price is due when you order.
- Fixed or percentage deposit — a set peso amount or percentage of the price secures your slot; the balance is collected later.
- Minimum payment — you pay at least a minimum amount to reserve, with the remainder due before release.
The exact structure and amount due is always shown on the product's pre-order page before you check out.
3. If a balance remains
Once your allocation is confirmed, if you still owe a balance you'll receive a secure payment link by email to settle it. Orders with an unpaid balance past the deadline we communicate may have their allocation reduced or released.
4. If your order changes after allocation
Supply is confirmed with our distributors after a campaign closes, so your final confirmed quantity can be equal to, less than, or (rarely) more than what you ordered. Any difference in what you paid versus your final allocated value is either billed to you as a balance, or refunded — to your wallet or bank account, based on the refund preference you chose at checkout. See our Refund Policy.
5. Release timing
Expected release dates shown on pre-order pages come from our distributors and can shift. We'll post any known delay directly on the product page and notify you by email if it affects your order.
