Pickup and delivery options, and what to expect after your order is confirmed.

1. Pickup or delivery

At checkout you choose how you'd like to receive your order:

  • Pickup — no shipping fee. We'll confirm pickup details once your order is ready.
  • Delivery — shipped nationwide via trusted Philippine couriers. Delivery fees depend on your address and are confirmed before your order is dispatched.

2. Processing time

In-stock orders are packed and shipped after payment is verified. Pre-orders ship once stock arrives from our distributor and any remaining balance has been settled — see How Pre-orders Work.

3. Packaging

Sealed products are packed to survive transit — cushioned and boxed to protect corners and prevent crushing in the mail.

4. Tracking

Once your delivery order ships, you can check its status from Track an Order.

5. Lost or damaged in transit

If your delivery arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact Support with your order number — for damage, include photos of the item and packaging as received.
